Bug Description

With each point release of a core OpenStack project, we create an archive site with the version number, such as swift.openstack.org/1.2. We need to automate this and also have the swift.openstack.org/1.3 site created. I've sent emails to Monty to request this but that's silly, he's only one guy. So I thought I'd put it in the bug reporting system. People keep reporting it to me but I can't fix it. :) Thanks for your help!
