Binary package hint: resource-agents

2. Rationale:
This package helps meet the HA cluster-stack blueprint [1].
This package will also replace the cluster-agents package.
3. Security: No CVEs
4. QA: Ubuntu contains the latest version from upstream, however this package is not yet in Debian. Upstream is very active ([2]). No Ubuntu bugs.

Package is packaged with debhelper, and has no patching system. Source format is 3.0

9. Background information:
This package is a new packages that involves the merge of two different pieces of software. This package merges everything in cluster-agents and some bits from redhat-cluster. This package is part of the new cluster stack and will replace all the dependencies on cluster-agents.

Are there plans for Debian to package this too? Packaging looks fine to me. +1
