Bug Description

Subj says it all.

TEST CASE: Install current bzr-builddeb and then check that /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/bzrlib/plugins/bzr-builddeb/ exists. Install the updated package. Check that it doesn't exist any longer.

  * Delete debian/bzr-builddeb.dirs so the long obsolete and empty
    /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/bzrlib/plugins/bzr-builddeb/ is no
