Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
This is always wrong; these will not be part of packages. Example:
wing-commander scott# cat > /usr/local/
#!/usr/bin/env python
raise "foo"
wing-commander scott# chmod +x !$
chmod +x /usr/local/
wing-commander scott# !$

I get a 'this problem report does not apply to a packaged program' dialog box. This is accurate, but until we have some sort of local use for these, its probably better to just not show the dialog.
