gina imports from debian arrive too slowly

Bug Description

The udd package importer wants to know about package publication histories in debian and ubuntu. At the moment there is a maximum delay of up to about 7 hours, but it seems like gina jobs could run much more frequently.

Gina runs every 6 hours, which is the same frequency that the Debian archive is itself updated. I'm not sure how we can make this any quicker? Or perhaps there's a different problem?

The discussion on irc was that Debian change around their publication schedule and so there's no guarantee we're still in sync with them. If it turns out we actually do pull everything soon after they publish it, we can close this.
