Bug Description

Binary package hint: rtorrent

Please sync rtorrent (latest in debian-unstable is 0.7.1-1, lastest in
ubuntu-universe is 0.5.3-1). rtorrent depends on libtorrent9 which is not
present in ubuntu.

there are no ubuntu changes.

Please get an Ubuntu developer to approve this sync, and also include the complete changelog.

Hi, I'm the Debian Maintainer. Please don't update yet libtorrent or rtorrent until Debian accepts new libtorrent upstream and rtorrent release 0.11.2 and 0.7.2 respectively
