Bug Description

When starting krita under 11.10 with latest updates installed krita never really starts, but the krita process consumes 100% cpu. The problem looks like to be the same as described in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?format=multiple&id=689126 for fedora15. As a solution they used a newer version of openCTL - 0.9.15-3 instead of 0.9.15-0 which is in the ubuntu repos (see also https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=690516)

  * Cherry-pick upstream commit c6f1381966ff as infinite-loop-fix.diff
    to fix krita hanging on launch. (LP: #815992)
