Bug Description

Given the nature of the extras archive, it should not be checked for packages during install. In practice nothing should be there that gets installed, but it's an extra avenue for unwanted software that shouldn't be used.

I should have added this was a DI based install from the Kubuntu dvd.

I also see this in the syslog of an installation using ubiquity as Get:s are done of extras.ubuntu.com. This was Ubuntu desktop i386 from 20110803.
