Please sync python-keyring 0.6.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 0.5.1-2:

python-keyring (0.6.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version
  * debian/control
    - Bump the Standards-Version field to 3.9.2
    - Removed Breaks: ${python:Breaks} from the binary package description

This is to address launchpadlib bug 752282 .

From http://pypi.python.org/pypi/keyring/0.6.2#changes , the following are the changes since the last Ubuntu release. 0.6.1 has the changes we need specifically. Thank you!

fix compiling on OSX with XCode 4.0

Gnome keyring should not be used if there is no DISPLAY or if the dbus is not around (https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpadlib/+bug/752282).

Added keyring.http for facilitating HTTP Auth using keyring.
Add a utility to access the keyring from the command line.

Gary, just to dot the i, you've tested 0.6.2 with launchpadlib?

(kupfer is in universe so it doesn't bother me too much)

I'm going to do a local build of the debian version to see how it looks. I'll upload it to ppa:barry/python
