Bug Description
Validate the size of VHD files in OVF containers. Today image.vhd and swap.vhd are checked for in an OVF container. There currently aren't checks to ensure the size of both hasn't exceeded the size of the given instance_type. If the instance_type allocates 40GB of space, validation needs to occur on the contents of the OVF image to ensure that the total amount of storage doesn't exceed 40GB.
