Bug Description

I reviewed the pending merge for gspca. The patch that the previous -ubuntu was needed for has resolved upstream. Package builds correctly from Debian unstable in Feisty.

The only Ubuntu specific change was to remove 01_2.6.19_include_config from a Debian patch. That patch has been dropped by Debian.
