Bug Description

https://dogfood.launchpad.net/debian/+source/emacs23-non-dfsg/+publishinghistory

I synced this into Ubuntu oneiric (on dogfood) using the ubuntu.main_archive.copyPackage API method. The resulting https://dogfood.launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+queue?queue_state=0 showed the default component as "universe". This should be "multiverse" instead:

<cjwatson> ok. I noticed it went into universe
<bigjools> yeah that's the default
<cjwatson> is it also the default for packages in Debian contrib/non-free?
<bigjools> it applies the same defaults as for regular uploads
<bigjools> that one goes to multiverse I think?
<cjwatson> should do, yeah

I overrode this to restricted in the +queue UI as a test, and this seems to have worked fine; but it's important that the defaults are correct, otherwise we're going to end up with lots of non-licence-compliant stuff in universe by accident.
