Bug Description
Binary package hint: gedit
When GEdit is closed with the Shell Output window open, when it is opened again the size of the shell window increases by a few lines. This happens with each repitition until the shell window takes up the majority of the space in GEdit.

Thank you for your bug. That doesn't happen on my feisty desktop. What version of Ubuntu do you use? What window manager? Do you open gedit maximized or not?
