Bug Description

As of 0.46 (0.46.1 from the official PPA, not from webupd8 is also affected), DockBarX fails to handle window closures properly. This occurs mostly with windows that have more than one entry in a window group but is not always limited to that circumstance.

There are no steps to reproduce because it ALWAYS happens here. DockBarX is being used as an AWN applet and downgrading to 0.45 fixes the issue.

An interesting aspect of this bug is that whatever the underlying problem is, the behavior is also triggered by restarting compiz; e.g windows that were never even destroyed can end up with duplicate entries in a window group. I'm uncertain as to whether this is somehow compiz specific or whether it happens with other window managers.

This also happens to me using DockBarX 0.46.1 as an AWN applet.
Windows that I've closed just stay in the dock.

Merged the fix you committed into my installed copy of 0.46.1 and all is well. Thanks!
