Bug Description
Binary package hint: tzdata
Daylight Saving Time (DST) will be extended by four weeks, beginning in 2007, in the United States, Canada, and Bermuda.
The new tzdata package from Debian includes the 2007a revision of this important files. Please re-sync tzdata with Debian as soon as possible.
If not in sync by March, computers will be showing time off by one whole hour, and ntp cannot account for this change (since ntp internally uses UTC anyway).

Thank you for your bug. That's already fixed:
tzdata (2007a-3ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low
.
* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- Add replaces: on locales, where tzdata was kept in Dapper (must be kept
until the next LTS release).
