Bug Description

The language selector on the front page does not reflect the current one. Whichever language you select, it will always read the 'default'.

    Reflect current language in the selector on the main page (bug #838650)

    This replaces the template form with a pieform. Due to pieform name convention,
    the css style for 'language-select' has been renamed to 'languageselect'.
