text input box is too small in 1.0 bug filing UI

Bug Description
When I file a bug in current launchpad, the text input box for 'further information' takes up the full width of the screen (minus the left hand portlet). When I file a bug in 1.0 UI, the text input box takes up approximately half the width which seems a strange and artificial limitation.
