Bug Description

The release notes should always appear when there is Internet connection during the install.

I have noticed two problems:
1) When the release notes appear they load www.ubuntu.com instead of the release notes themselves.
2) When the installation is happening on a laptop (maybe because it has wireless capability?) the release notes won't appear even if the laptop is connected with Ethernet.

It'd be helpful to know which particular release of Ubuntu you were trying to install when you noticed this issue.

This appears to be a bug in the Ubuntu website, actually. The installer users the following template for the URL:

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes?os=ubuntu&ver=11.10&lang=${LANG}

When the lang parameter is specified, it is redirecting to http://www.ubuntu.com.
