Bug Description
The milestone PPAs should have the current milestone (D4) for Glance and Nova. However D4 failed to build for maverick/lucid so the PPAs still carry an outdated version (or no version at all):

This should be fixed long-term by making sure things build in milestone-proposed for every ubuntu release.
For D4, not sure how we can fix it retrospectively.
