Bug Description

When I try to insert the expression "probe +ěščřžýáíé=ú" into the input
field in the Receipt Template Edidor, it returns "probe
+%u011B%u0161%u010D%u0159%u017Eýáíé=ú".
The problem is independent to location setings (en_US, or cs_CZ)

I apply a patch from Dan Wells.
Dan's patch is included.

Output from printer is now with proper diacritics. Huraah!!

Now remains adapt Preview in Reciept Template Editor.

Thanks Dan.

This patch no longer applies cleanly to master. Hand patching looks risky, too, since print.js has had some major structural changes since this bug report.

Is anyone able to confirm this is still a problem? I don't know what version Václav was running when he experienced this issue.
