This seems to be a translation error: "%prog [options]" is the wrong translated string.

I can't find the specified string ("%prog [options]") in update-manager's translation. Could you please give us more info.

This was caused by "Plural-Forms" line being wrapped by Rosetta at some point (that bug is fixed now). Uploaded a fixed .po form in Rosetta.

Uploading a new .po file doesn't fix this issue.

Hmm, for some reason, the plural expression we have in our database for Romanian.

I'm going to request a change in our db so future exports will have it fixed.
