Bug Description

Binary package hint: dia

Installing Dia on Kubuntu from the Ubuntu repositories doesn't create a menu entry.

Dia on Feisty don't create menu item.
Calling dia from command line is ok.
Restarting X or Gnome or pc don't resolve it.

It also doesn't create the menu item on Kubuntu 6.10, which is my case.

The problem is that the .desktop entry for dia is created in /usr/share, and not in /usr/share/applications

Mmm. The package dia-gnome contains a good menu entry.
