apport: displays old crash reports repeatedly

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

Version: 0.58

Every time the GNOME session starts, Apport runs through every old report it ever processed and asks the user what do do with them. Selecting "Never report bugs about this version again" has no effect; the next time GNOME starts or another application crashes, the user is run through the whole crash history again. This disrupts user-friendliness, especially when Apport pops-up a dozen of dialogs about every previous crash it encountered, all wanting the user's attention at a moment when the user would rather focus on the task they needed the computer for.

I guess you have /var or / mounted noatime, thus I tentatively made this a dup of bug 85809. Please cry out loudly if this was wrong, then I undupe it again. Thank you!
