Bug Description

Binary package hint: tripwire

http://sourceforge.net/projects/tripwire/ has Tripwire 2.4.0.1, requesting for Feisty. (Yes I know it has to be sent back to Debian to come into Ubuntu cleanly)

Tripwire supplies a post-compromise integrity checking mechanism. This feature helps enterprise users immensely in bad situations...

Realistically, I don't think this is going to happen for Feisty. We're now in freeze, and I doubt this would meet the requirements for an exception (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#head-b30a20fcdbd4ca2a1716a2c8b94dd8dc2ab2d71c)

However, it would be good to have the new version in Feisty+1. I see that there is now a new Debian maintainer, who might well package the new version (actually not so new by now!).

Thanks for the report.
