Sections view should show only one occurnace of a multi term section.

Bug Description
The sections view shows a section which spans 4 terms listed 4 times. This will make the sections view way too busy and is unhelpful. A single section should show up once. Switching between terms can happen inside the section. The attached screen shows how busy the view looks with only a single section. Once I add a dozen sections, it will become pretty awful looking.

Here is another screen shot with most (I still have to add one or two more sections) of the sections for a single instructor added. It already looks crowded and confusing. Once sections for other instructors are added, it will be unwieldy.
