List branches belonging to teams separately from your own

Bug Description
A person's Code page currently lists all branches involving teams that the person is a member of. This produces many false positives.
Examples:
* <mpt> There's a tickcount branch on the "Matthew Paul Thomas - Bazaar branches" page ... I don't even know what tickcount is!
* ajmitch has "50+ branches listed now, most of which I've never seen"
Team branches should be listed separately from personal branches -- either in a separate section of the page, or on a separate page.
