Bug Description

The only prioritization information that merges.ubuntu.com gives is by archive priority of the package. We never get down to 0 merges for a cycle, and it's impossible to tell from the available pages if there are packages that are consistently getting missed for merge. An "age" column would help with this. (preferably sorted, but having it all would be a big step forward.)
