.desktop file not installed

Actually there is a .desktop file, but it is not being installed in the package.

This patch works for me.

Thanks for your contribution, but I'm already working on this bug (see Assigned To ;)).
One line in debian/ri-li.install is enough to fix it. You also need to update the Maintainer field: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianMaintainerField
I will upload my fix today and will attach the debdiff so that you can see how it looks like.

Sorry for the duplication of effort. I saw this as an easy fix to get my feet wet with packaging, and didn't think to look if someone else had thought the same.
