Bug Description
Currently in Ubuntu every window even if it hasn't all window controls (close, min, max) is showing all of them when it is maximized and every control works.
Example:
Open Ubuntu Software Center
Navigate to any application that has screenshot
Open screenshot of that application
Screenshot window hasn't minimize control button
Maximize screenshot window
Move pointer to the top of the screen...
... and see! The windows has all of its window control button!
Click on minimize button
It works!!!
Please fix this crappy bug!
