Thanks for your bug report. The crash looks like a memory corruption. Could you try to get a valgrind log for it? (you can follow the instructions from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind for that)

Sebastien i'm sorry but i can't reproduce the error because it ocurrs only
when the system was updated.

That bug is not easy to fix because we lack informations on it, it happens randomly to different people and not that often, would be nice to get a valgrind log for it though. One way is to try running gnome-panel with valgrind until catching something useful, you are welcome to do it if you want otherwise that's no problem we will wait until somebody gets informations about the bug
