not, only if run beryl :S

Is this still an issue for you? We are trying to trying sort out the older Mozilla issues and would like to know if this still happens.

Looks like a problem you only see with some language packs ... though
admittingly this is somehow a bug in firefox preference dialog sizing
(which should better scale).
