Bug Description

Condition: When a personality file is injected into a server and that file already exists on the given path, the existing file have its name changed

Expected Results:
-The new file is injected correctly
-The old file has a timestamp and the .bak extension appended to it

Test case on hold while investigating issue with nova agent. This functionality may not be working as expected.

FIXME: The cirros images root fs is empty.
Probably the images used by heat are good for this.

May be as a scenario test you can do the followings:
- inject a file to an instance
- create a snapshot
- boot the snapshot, and do the second injection
