Expand existing Ares survivor logic

Bug Description

To get an experience closer to generals, and make it more versatile, I would like these tags to be made possible:

Survivor.PilotChanceV= the chance of a pilot surviving when this unit is veteran
Survivor.PilotChanceE= the chance of a pilot surviving when this unit is elite
Survivor.PassengerChanceV= the chance of a passenger surviving when this unit is veteran
Survivor.PassengerChanceE= the chance of a passenger surviving when this unit is elite

I hope this wouldn't be considering suggestion hijacking, but I believe that a tag along the lines of Survivor.Count= could also be a useful addition to the logic. I've always found it weird that only a single guy would escape out of a 4-man battle tank every time.

and thus fix issue #621.
