Bug Description

To have the ability to place land or a land like object on warer. This object would enable you to place land that you can build on.

You can't send land units across a naval structure.

The effect I believe would be comparable to either being able to build bridge segments or placing cement in TS.

The idea is the pavement one but still it would be cool to build a land bridge right behind your opponent.

If it's rather easy and fast to implement it may be a nice feature, but if not it should be given a lower priority, I think. There are simply many other requested features that would be more useful, IMO.
