"bug task deleted" is jargon and redundant

Bug Description
1. In a bug report, click the Delete button next to a project that isn't affected.
2. Reload the page.
3. Scroll to the bottom.
What you see:

Your Name Here (your-id) 10 seconds ago
bug task deleted: no longer affects id-of-project
------------
What you should see:
------------
Your Name Here (your-id) 10 seconds ago
no longer affects: id-of-project
------------
(Even simpler would be saying just "You removed id-of-project." But that's probably too difficult to implement.)
