Binary package hint: openssh-client
Ubuntu 6.06.1
I miss an option (like --version or -V) in scp command to report installed version. It can be useful to report bugs, etc.
$ ssh -V
OpenSSH_4.2p1 Debian-7ubuntu3.1, OpenSSL 0.9.8a 11 Oct 2005

I'm afraid this is almost certainly never going to happen, because any such change risks breaking interoperability due to the rather nasty way scp works. There are other ways to get the version, e.g. from dpkg, although I realise they aren't quite as convenient. See:
