Bug Description
Currently, Jenkins runs unit tests using Python 2.7. As long as Python 2.6 is also supported, Jenkins should also gate on the unit tests passing under Python 2.6. This would prevent bugs such as https:/

We've got this going on python- quantumclient. There's a few more steps we need to do to get it rolled out for other folks.
