Bug Description

On XenServer / Xen Cloud Platform, dom0 management traffic is not allowed to flow when the dom0 IP address is on a VLAN. The Open vSwitch rules end up blocking traffic.

Dom0 traffic isn't often on a VLAN because the management network is usually untagged to help PXE boots, etc.

More of a wishlist item.

No one has been complaining about this, so it probably isn't worth fixing.
The rules need revisiting in the light of quantum anyways.
