Bug Description
Reported on IRC:
the docs say 'nova-manage vpn run <projectname>'. My nova-manage rejects that and says the proper syntax is nova-manage vpn run --project=<proj> --user=<user>
Need to do a run-through both the openstack-manuals docs and the nova docs to see if we can clean that up for Diablo.
Documenting nova-manage is a little dicey since it doesn't work with Keystone used for auth. Be sure to indicate that in any sections about nova-manage.
