Bug Description
Creating a flavor currently requires the user to choose an unused integer ID for the new flavor. This requirement should go away with openstackx flavor creation.

Flavor creation and deletion are currently not supported by the Nova API (don't ask me why not). Unless they 1. decide to add support, and 2. decide to implement it correctly and not to require ID being explicitly provided as it was with openstackx then there's nothing we can do here.
