Bug Description

URL's on the form http://bugs.launchpad.net/$bugnumber should redirect the user to the bug in question. For example, http://bugs.launchpad.net/86231 should redirect to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-ntfs/+bug/86231. In essence, it would be the same behaviour as https://launchpad.net/bugs/86231. Right now, the user is presented with a 404 Page not found-error.

Other bug trackers do the same, for example http://bugs.debian.org/$bugnumber. For consitency reasons, it'd be great if LP also did this.
