I confirm this problem on HP nx8440 (Centrino Duo).

It is most probably tightly related (or duplicate of) with bug 92291.

Marked this bug as duplicate of Bug 92159 because it is in fact the same problem, since after a while kernel oops occur even though people may not notice it.
