Bug Description
From what I can see, all the tabs in building windows (wares, worker/workers, soldiers etc) all have a tooltip as an addition to the icon to tell what kind of information it contains. That is, all except construction sites and dismantling sites. This should probably be added, if nothing else then for consistency. I think "Building materials" would be a good description.
Please add a comment (or file a separate bug) if someone finds more tabs without tooltips.
