Bug Description

As discussed on IRC:

Keystone service tokens do not expire and may have extra information associated with them... as such the recently re-added admin_user/admin_password options in the auth_token middleware is no longer required.

** These options were re-moved with the KSL merge and recently re-added for legacy compatibility.

Looks like we are keeping going to keep username/password instead of admin_token.
