[beta] Impossible to find way to approve members from main page

Bug Description
Go to a teams main page. There is no clear link to "admin" the team. Further, admin tasks should be seperated from other tasks into a separate portlet, as they are different than other tasks.

There's an "Approve/Decline Members" link on the "List all members" page, but that's not obvious.
