Bug Description

This page needs to be completely revised:
http://keystone.openstack.org/configuration.html

Some sub-commands are mistaken e.g.: add-user-role, remove-user-role, keystone service create, user-update-email
The correct sub-commands are: user-role-add, user-role-remove, keystone service-create, user-update ...

Also the port no. mentioned in SERVICE_ENDPOINT is wrong :
export SERVICE_ENDPOINT=http://127.0.0.1:5000/v2.0/

The default admin port is 35357

Hi Dolph, I have started on this and testing the cmds right now, I will soon push the commit.

I have pulled the code from your review branch, made my changes, rebase it with master and then do a git review.
This would be my first keystone commit, so I am eager to do it :)
