There are some nice bugfixes in v3.2.3 of valgrind.

Upstream version freeze exception granted, but this does seem to need a merge and not just a a sync.

Unassigning, since there is no package to sponsor. Closing, since in gutsy we will sync again with Debian anyway, and it's really late for Feisty.
