nova-manage project list and nova-manage user list looks broken

nova-manage project list and nova-manage user list show nothing.

However I could see users in essex dashboard.

Yes they are deprecated in favor of keystone. They still exist for people using deprecated auth but they will be removed as soon as folsom opens.
