Bug Description

Although my Nvidia card (Geforce 6150 on an Asus M2NPV-VM) and my monitor (Samsung 795MB) supports high resolution, the livecd of Ubuntu Festy Fawn Beta shows up an 800x600 Gnome desktop and does not let me change it to a higher resolution. The critical thing here is that the Installer does not display correctly under 800x600: The installer window is bigger than the desktop size, so the buttons are not show, thus not letting me continue the installation.
I think this is critical so I hope it gets fixed on next release.
