Bug Description
Angular diameter of all solar system objects currently round off to the nearest arc-second.
For example,
- On March 6, 2012 : Apparent diameter of Mars is 13.9", Stellarium displays 14.0"
- Around February 22, 2012, apparent diameter of Mars jumps from 13.0" to 14.0"

Looks like it effects every values that have dd mm ss.s format
such as
- Declination (J2000.0)
- Geocentric ecliptic coordinates
- Obliquity of ecliptic
